  3. You have the right to access your personal data and receive a copy, to rectify it, request its erasure, portability or restriction of processing. You also have the right to object to processing. If you object, we will stop processing your data for those purposes unless we can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds overriding your interests, rights and freedoms, or the data is necessary to establish, pursue or defend claims.

To exercise your rights, contact the controller.

  7. Your personal data will be processed for the entire duration of the contract and afterwards, i.e. until the limitation period for possible claims arising from the contract expires, and in performance of obligations imposed on the controller by tax law — for 6 years from the end of the year in which the contract expired.

Data processed for marketing purposes will be processed until you object to processing for that purpose (our own marketing) or withdraw consent to processing for that purpose (marketing on behalf of other entities).

Consent to processing personal data for marketing of third-party goods and services may be withdrawn at any time.

Consent may be withdrawn by completing and resubmitting the consent declaration or by sending an e-mail to biuro@kadet-ok.pl indicating it concerns withdrawal of consent to processing personal data for marketing purposes.
